2. Services

Carr & Son Landscaping provides residential and commercial landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn care and maintenance, fall and spring cleanups, power washing, gutter cleaning, patios, decks, and hardscaping, outdoor lighting, snow removal, retaining walls, tree removal, and aeration and overseeding. We serve South River, NJ and surrounding Middlesex County areas.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was described or discovered during the estimate. Any changes to scope will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to schedule work promptly and communicate clearly. Weather and material availability may affect timelines. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Warranties & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be provided in your service agreement. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or work performed by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or misuse it. All content on this site is the property of Carr & Son Landscaping and may not be reproduced without permission.
